| Squid and Kampot Pepper. Kampot Peppers are unique to the area and chefs all over the world prefer them over other varieties. Michele ordered this dish on a daily basis, eating strands of pepper at a time! The rest of us weren’t so tough... Whether it’s spleen soups, refreshing fruit shakes or much sought after nachos, we all enjoyed the variety of snacks in Kampot, our laid back home for the past two weeks! |
